⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic experience with Johnson's Cars Swindon
I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience buying my Alfa Romeo from Johnson's Cars Swindon. From start to finish, everything was quick, easy and completely hassle-free.
After paying my deposit, the car was reserved for me for around three or four weeks while I arranged everything and waited until I could make the journey down to Swindon. That alone gave me complete peace of mind.
A special mention has to go to Will Baker, who is an absolute credit to the company. He's not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but genuinely one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. After travelling for around four hours by train, Will even came and picked me up from the station himself. You really can't ask for better service than that.
The unveiling of the car was fantastic and made the whole experience feel really special. Everything was exactly as you'd hope when buying a car — professional, straightforward and with no unnecessary hassle or pressure.
And then came the best part… driving my Alfa home! Nearly 200 miles, and I was smiling from ear to ear for the entire journey.
Paul was absolutely great, he was on the ball and ensured that my car was ready for collection with all work being done before hand, he is a great salesman and really respects the customer!
I'd suggest Johnsons Alfa Romeo Swindon to a friend because from the initial enquiry through to driving away the service I had was second to none probably the best customer service I have ever experienced when buying a car.
